On June 25, 2019, the publicity conference of "SY/T 7336-2016 Drilling Fluid Field Technology Regulations" and “SY/T 7377-2017 Drilling Fluid Design Regulations” were held in Lanzhou city. The conference was organized by the Secretariat of the Standardization Committee of Petroleum Drilling Engineering. Over 120 technical experts and relevant personnel from petroleum enterprises, such as CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC participated in the conference.

Sun Weidong, deputy general manager and Liu Xiangxing, Deputy technical director of DSY were invited to attend the conference. At the meeting, “DSY’s experiences on the management of drilling fluid additives standards” were shown and discussed. Some technical experts fully affirmed the achievements of DSY's company strength, products quality, technology R&D and standards management. Opinions were in-depth exchanged on the drilling fluid additive characteristic index and quality control. Besides, some technical experts also put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the standard management of DSY, and put forward requirements for further standardizing the management of drilling fluid additives standards and optimizing the quality of products and services.

The conference ended satisfactorily on 28 June.
