Product Description

WLP-1 is a Non-invasive plugging additive for water-based drilling fluid. It is a specialty polymer with a variety of natural materials made through the special process refining. WLP-1 has been widely used at home and abroad. Field application show that it has excellent plugging effect, can effectively plug low permeability sand layer and prevent differential pressure sticking; can effectively reduce the instability factors of collapse formations, and can effectively protect oil and gas reservoirs. The recommended dosage is 3.5-5.0ppb.

Features

Its swelling capability and rheological property can seal the large hole and form a pervasive sealing film to seal different kinds of permeable formation and small cracks.

Its formed thin film, on the appearance of shale, does not invade shale too much. Its invading depth is less than 7cm. If completion needs being perforated,   it will not damage oil and gas reservoir.

It can avoid loss of circulation.

It has a good thermal stability with standing 180℃ or above so as to be applied in deep wells and super deep wells.

It is not toxic and helps to protect environment.

Package and Storage

They shall be packaged in a triple sack with the lined bag. The net weight of each sack is 25kg. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.

Safety

They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
